Mexican Sterling Necklace

As you can see above, the hinge pin between the two links broke. After removing the pin, I drilled holes through the "ears" and countersunk them in the adjacent link. I inserted a new sterling pin through the entire mechanism, then pulse arc welded the ends. After hand finishing the welds, the repair was undetectable.

The entire necklace was hand polished.
