Sterling Bobeché Reproduction

The bobeché on the left was duplicated through electroforming. On the reproduction, I trimmed the edge, soldered a backplate, machine polished the edge, patinated the beading, then hand polished to match the original. Electroforming is so precise you can see the duplicated scratches on the piece to the right.
